Transmission Technicians has all the "Special Tools" and "State of the Art" testing equipment for today's intricate automatic transmissions. Foreign or Domestic, we use only the best parts available.

Automatic transmissions and transaxles are the most complex, and have the most exacting tolerences of any vehicle system. Modern automatics combine mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic devices to perform complex actions millions of times over the life of the vehicle. At Transmission Technicians we concentrate on every detail. Our technicians receive all of the factory training and technical bulletins available to keep up with this modern technology.

Over twenty years ago Walter Laut bought an existing transmission shop in Bethpage, NY (Earle's Automatic Transmissions). At that time we were doing both general repair and transmission repair and rebuilding. In 1990 we did away with the general repair end of the business and found our niche as a specialty shop doing only transmission related repairs. With every day the technology in our
industry keeps changing and along with that so do we.
